SWIM RESPONSIBILITY STATEMENT The Holistic Hideaway team do not assume any legal responsibility for swimmers. While we are keen to share our passion for sea swimming and dipping all swimmers must be sorely responsible for their own risk assessment before accessing the water. Conditions may vary and swimmers therefore must be mindful of this and not put themselves at risk. Whether you're a seasoned dipper or very new to this here are some important reminders and safety to consider: ✨We never dip alone – always go in with others and keep an eye on each other ✨Check the tides & conditions – avoid rough seas or strong currents ✨Enter slowly – allow your body to adjust to the cold ✨Know your limits – if at any point you feel dizzy, cold or breathless, get out safely immediately ✨Warm up properly afterwards – dry layers, warm drinks, and movement are key ✨Watch your footing – be careful on rocks and slippery surfaces Let’s keep our dips safe, fun, supportive and empowering.
