Holistic Hideaway
Together Kayleigh and Alex offer a range of wellness events and guided holistic activities to anyone who is interested in improving their overall emotional and physical wellbeing. Through a range of calming and relaxing therapeutic services such as guided meditation, breathwork, Reiki, Angelic and Sekhem energy healing, Sound Therapy and Baths, Mindfulness activities, therapeutic tools, exploring and immersing in nature through forest bathing, walks and stillness.
Our Events, Workshops and Retreats
Events and Workshops
At Holistic Hideaway we run
2-4 Wellbeing Workshops every month. Within each workshop we ensure participants are welcomed, made to feel at ease and enjoy a range of wholesome activities including guided meditation and breathwork, a creative activity workshop, a relaxing Sound Bath and delicious refreshments.
Our Workshops each have a specific theme and unique style to our brand. They are not only a time to connect with others like minded people but also an opportunity to reconnect with yourself.
Location of Venues
Primarily located in the beautiful grounds of Washington Old Hall and the magnificent Hylton Castle. We also have a large bell tent that is located purposefully in a range of breathtaking landscapes in or around the north east.
Retreats
We run 2-3 relaxing retreats every year. One being a 24 hour “Campout” experience and the other being a weekend retreat staying in a luxury barn conversion close to York. Although each retreat offer completely different experiences to participants we guarantee they both will leave feeling “calm, connected and part of a wonderful community”.

“We value the importance of bringing both of our skills together to offer a unique wellness experience for anyone who would like to improve their emotional wellbeing.
This maybe on a level of simply taking some time out from the busyness of life or it maybe that someone is on their own healing journey and would like to explore a holistic approach.
Our experiences include nervous system regulation techniques such as meditation, breathwork, sound healing therapy and mindfulness. We also include spiritual practices should you wish to participate and develop those.
We are an inclusive community and welcome anyone, should that be groups of people or anyone choosing to come to our events on their own.
