We invite you to join us within the National Trust’s Washington Old Hall’s picturesque stone manor house and its tranquil gardens for some of our wellbeing events and experiences. Washington Old Hall is a popular North East landmark, attracting visitors from all over the country to enjoy it's majestically buildings and gardens, which are steeped in history. For a number of months now we have been fortunate enough to be able to offer our events within this amazing space and we look forward to hosting many more. Each month we shall release a new event with a different wellbeing theme which will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenate. To set the scene:- 💛 Connection Circle 🌬️ Relaxing Breathwork 🧘‍♀️ Guided Meditation 💚 Creative Workshop 🙏🏻Reflective Journaling 😴 A super relaxing Sound Bath 🧁 Delicious refreshments During the Meditation and Sound Bath you will be invited to sit or lay down, close your eyes and allow the sound to wash away any stresses of your day, as you are filled with the beautiful and powerful vibrations of pure sound. You will experience a number of specially chosen instruments, including Crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, Gong, Medicine Drum, Koshi chimes and more. Some of the benefits of sound therapy:- 💚Reduces stress and anxiety 💚Aids sleep and relaxation 💚Creates a deeper sense of well-being and promotes physical and emotional healing 💚 Helps to move through energy blockages releasing stresses and worries Please note, Sound Healing is not recommended for people within their first 3 months of pregnancy, if you have UNMANAGED severe mental health issues, or if you have a seizure within the last three months. Please bring a yoga mat, a cosy blanket and pillow. Wear warm comfortable layers including socks. In the warmer months we will use the outdoor spaces so please bring appropriate shoes and a coat. Cancellation Policy:- Please note sadly we do not offer refunds for our events but if you are unable to attend you may wish to gift your space to someone special.
