🌻Where: Herrington Country Park (meet at the field on the left-hand side as you enter the main gate) 🌻When: Thursday 28th August 6-8pm 🌻Cost: £27 As we shift in to the late summer we come together with gratitude in our hearts as we reflect on the abundance which the long summer days has offered us celebrating our growth. As this season comes to an end we use this an opportunity to take some time to pause, rest and reconnect with ourselves. The theme of the evening is Nourishment To set the scene 💚 Connection Circle 💨 Guided Breathwork and Grounding 🧘🏼‍♀️ Meditation ✨Creative Expression 📔Journaling 🪘Sound Bath 🧁 Delicious Homemade Refreshments For the sound bath….sit or lay down, close your eyes and allow the sound to wash away any stresses of your day, as you are filled with the beautiful and powerful vibrations of pure sound. You will experience a number of specially chosen instruments, including crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and more. Some of the benefits of sound therapy:- 💚Reduces stress and anxiety 💚Aids sleep and relaxation 💚Creates a deeper sense of well-being and promotes physical and emotional healing 💚 Helps to move through energy blockages releasing stresses and worries Please note, Sound Healing is not recommended for people within their first 3 months of pregnancy, if you have UNMANAGED severe mental health issues, or if you have had a seizure within the last three months.
