Service Description

We are bringing together our own blend of Yoga, Pilates and meditation. The class is designed to help you feel calm, peaceful and balanced on an emotional level by incorporating gentle, slow flowing movements held for longer periods of time help to improve your flexibility, strength and body’s alignment. To set the scene 💚Connection to the body through slow paced flowing movement and stretching, which can help to relax muscles, improve flexibility, joint mobility and circulation. 💚 Connection to the mind through a guided visualisation meditation and relaxing breathwork which can help to reduce stress and anxiety. 💚 Connection to the present moment; tune in and pay attention to sensations throughout your body which will bring calm to body and mind. Following the moment you will experience a guided visualisation meditation and relaxing breathwork which will help to feel grounded and balanced. This event with its gentle slow flowing movements is open to anyone including complete beginners so please don’t worry if you feel a little out of your comfort zone. Like all our events we will ensure you feel completely comfortable and you can go at your own pace. Please note although this is inclusive for all if you have any health issues, medical conditions or physical needs we need to be aware of please contact to discuss this so support or reasonable adjustments can be made. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and some water. Cancellation Policy:- We do not offer refunds for our events but if you are unable to attend you may wish to gift your space to someone special.
