☀️ Step into the new year together with a sunrise fresh coastal beach walk followed by a warm up cuppa and wholesome delicious breakfast at the beautiful Coast Cafe. A couple of hours escape to reset and recharge and connect with other like minded people. 💛 A safe, supportive and accessible community has always been at the heart of our intentions when we launched our business. A place where people can come either alone or with friends to connect with themselves and others. A place where we can explore and enjoy a variety of wellbeing activities within nature. To set the scene: ☀️ Meet at Roker Beach car park 🌊 A Slow Paced Fresh Beach Walk 🧘🏽 A guided Visualisation Meditation ☕️ Wholesome Delicious Breakfast and Hot Drink to Warm Up 💛 Connection with others ☕️ Please note that although this event is FOC you will still need to bring money if you’re joining us for breakfast and a hot drink.
