🌲🪻 We are super excited to invite you to this special event to go back to when our Holistic Hideaway began 🌲🪻 🌲🪻 To set the scene… we will be taking a short walk to the most beautiful woodland which will be filled with pretty bluebells 🌲🪻 🌲🪻 Within the secluded woodland we will come together and enjoy nature at its finest to reconnect with ourselves and others through forest bathing, guided meditation, Shermanic drumming and a powerful breathwork sequence 🌲🪻 🌲🪻 We will then all make our way back to the Old School House for delicious homemade refreshments and a relaxing and restorative Sound Bath within the comfort of the great hall...the acoustics will be amazing. There will an Oracle Card Pull and more..🌲🪻 🌲🪻 The Old School House is a beautiful historic building dating back to 1878….it’s grounds are set within the most beautiful landscape boasting views of Penshaw Monument and its surrounding fields 🌲🪻 🌲🪻 During the Sound Bath you will be invited to sit or lay down, close your eyes and allow the sound to wash away any stresses of your day, as you are filled with the beautiful and powerful vibrations of pure sound 🌲🪻 
🌲🪻 You will experience a number of specially chosen instruments, including Crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, Gong, Medicine Drum, Koshi chimes and more 🌲🪻 Some of the benefits of sound therapy:-
