The lead up to Christmas can feel overwhelming with lots of planning, preparation and shopping. With this in mind this experience will be an evening of pure relaxation where you can have some much needed time to ground yourself, anchor that breath, clear your mind and experience an element of calm during what can feel like chaos! You will experience a number of specially chosen instruments, including crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and more.
