Chrissy has a wealth of experience and utilises a combination of evidence based interventions to help people release what is no longer serving them and step into their true selves. With this in mind we thought it would be a perfect opportunity to introduce Chrissy to you all as she is planning to offer a powerful motivational talk to help anyone break their unwanted cycles and habits.
